Online Refunds and Exchange

You have 7 days to refund or exchange any non-sale item from the date you receive the order. There is a strict no-refund policy against sale items and they can only be exchanged within 3 days of receiving the order. If the received article appears to have any sort of defect/damage, email/call us no later than 48 hours from the date the item was received.

Refunds & Exchange:

For any refund or exchange, please contact our customer care at support@softsiesta.pk or call us at +9233 3078883 to arrange a collection. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase.

  • Items must be in re-sellable condition.
  • Original tags must be in place.
  • Return will only be transacted in the original country of purchase.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.

A customer may cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it by giving us a call on the provided number. Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains tracking information. After a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.
