We go to great lengths to ensure that the products we provide to customers match the pictures on our website pages. The real colour of a product, however, could differ somewhat from what is depicted in one of our internet images because photographs struggle to capture exact hues. Therefore, it is impossible to ensure that they always exactly match how they are shown in the photograph.
After placing your order, you will receive an email with information about your order and receipts, including copies of them.
You have 7 days to refund or exchange any non-sale item from the date you receive the order. There is a strict no-refund policy against sale items and they can only be exchanged within 3 days of receiving the order. If the received article appears to have any sort of defect/damage, email/call us no later than 48 hours from the date the item was received. For any refund or exchange, please contact our customer care at email@example.com or call us at +9233 3078883 to arrange a collection. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase.
We make every effort to replenish popular items that are out of stock within a month. We strive to refill slower-moving products in 1-2 months.
